Hello everybody, since there was no school today, I felt the
need to sleep in. Lol, now we are having breakfast at lunchtime. Don't say a
word, you've done it too. For breakfast its grits, eggs, sausage and toast.
Now, the trending thing right now is "Salt vs. Sugar" in the grits.
Everybody knows its salt (with butter and cheese of course). The reason people
eat sugar in their grits is because as a child in order to get them to eat the
rice or grits, their mom put sugar in it to make it sweet and it became the
normal thing to do. They grew into adults who continued to do it and passed it
on to their children. End of debate, lol.

CREAMY CHEESY EGGS
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl whisk eggs, milk and salt and pepper. In a
small skillet heat butter over medium heat, add egg mixture. After a few
seconds add cheese (I prefer American sliced). Let cook until the egg starts to
thicken, then stir. Cook for about 2 min and enjoy.
1 Corinthians 13:11

reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.
I love your afternoon breakfast meal! When I was a little girl my family and I would always wake up around 10:30 and my dad would cook breakfast. Breakfast around lunch always consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, and toast. Sometimes my mom would bake pancakes. Looking over your egg receipt I noticed that it is very similar to the way my dad cooks my scrambled eggs. Adding milk and cheese can make the most delicious eggs, creamy and good for the tummy! I am enjoying reading over your blog and how you add a bible verse at the end of each to conclude. Makes my day!
